SED Systems is actively involved in hosting and operating sophisticated satellite earth stations for a range of activities including satellite and network operations.  We presently host and operate the Radarsat co-prime TT&C system in a standalone facility co-located with our building in Saskatoon.

We recently completed development of a separate building adjacent to our existing facility, to host the Ciel-2 TT&C facility and the communications gateway for a new generation mobile satellite system. This includes three limited motion 11m antennas and one limited motion 7m antenna. The facility is fully secure and includes redundant power including diesel generator backup and fully redundant telecommunications links. The building has additional capacity to host new systems and is readily expandable as well. There is considerable expansion area available to host additional antenna systems.
